Jade Materials and Pre-Farming Guide for Honkai Star Rail

Check out this Jade materials and pre-farming guide to max her out as soon as she becomes available on Honkai Star Rail Version 2.3.

You can read about Jade’s leaked kit here. Note that her details have not been revealed yet, and these are all information that came via an unofficial source. These data may change upon Jade’s release.

Jade is a 5-star Quantum character on the Path of Erudition. She’s expected to be playable on Honkai Star Rail Version 2.3. This update is expected to go live on June 19, 2024.

Pre-farming for a Level 80 Jade

First, here are all of the materials she needs to get to level 80.

Jade Ascension Materials

• Dreamjolt Troupe drops:
  • 15 Dream Collection Component
  • 15 Dream Flow Valve
  • 15 Dream Making Engine
• Stagnant Shadow (Dream’s Edge) drops:
  • 65 Dream Flamer
• 887,800 Credits
• (anything equivalent to) 5,797,920 EXP:
  • 289 Traveler’s Guide
  • 3 Adventure Log
  • 3 Travel Encounters

The Stagnant Shadow node in Dream’s Edge should be accessible as long as you have unlocked Penacony. If not, you can use the Interastral Peace Guide (the same menu you use to claim your dailies) to access it beforehand.

The other thing you need to farm is the drops from the Dreamjolt Troupe, which you can get from the enemies mostly on “Dream’s Edge” or by doing any resource node with Penacony enemies in it.

Jade Materials: Traces

Maxing all of Jade’s Skills (Basic ATK to 6, Skill, Ultimate, and Talent to 10) and all Traces will require the following materials.

• Dreamjolt Troupe drops:
  • 41 Dream Collection Component
  • 56 Dream Flow Valve
  • 58 Dream Making Engine
• Calyx (Penacony Grand Theater) drops:
  • 18 Rough Sketch
  • 69 Dynamic Outlining
  • 139 Exquisite Colored Draft
• Echo of War (Salutations of Ashen Dreams) drops:
  • 12 Lost Echo of the Shared Wish
• 8 Tracks of Destiny
• ~3,000,000 Credits

The Calyx at Penacony Grand Theater is not yet available as of Version 2.2.

Tracks of Destiny are incredibly rare and can be acquired from limited-time events or as rewards from the regularly resetting end-game content like Simulated Universe.

Jade requires the Lost Echo of the Shared Wish drop from the Echo of War located on Penacony Grand Theater. This is pre-farmable, but you would need to be kept up with the Trailblaze Mission in Penacony as of the latest update in the story in Version 2.2. If not, access it via the Interastral Peace Guide.

Pre-Farming for Jade’s Signature Light Cone

The Jade signature Light Cone is called “Yet Hope is Priceless.”

• Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 16%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 20% CRIT DMG that exceeds 120%, the DMG of the wearer’s follow-up attack is increased by 16%. This effect can stack up to 4 time(s). When the battle starts or after the wearer uses their Basic ATK, enables the Ultimate and the follow-up attack to ignore 16% of the target’s DEF, lasting for 2 turn(s).

To upgrade it to the max level, you will need the following materials:

• Dreamjolt Troupe drops:
  • 20 Dream Collection Component
  • 20 Dream Flow Valve
  • 14 Dream Making Engine
• Calyx (Penacony Grand Theater) drops:
  • 4 Rough Sketch
  • 12 Dynamic Outlining
  • 15 Exquisite Colored Draft
• 385,000 Credits

These are also the same materials you would need for Jade herself, so you can hit two birds with one stone. If you’re sufficiently farmed for these, you can start farming her Planar Ornaments and Relic Sets.
